May 2011: following British Conservative politician Nadine Dorries' proposed amendments to the Health and Social Care Bill, pro-choice activists take to the streets outside the Houses Of Parliament. Demonstrating their opposition to Dorries' suggestion that "independent" counselling services could be provided by anti-abortion faith groups, Dorries' proposed amendment would later lose by a majority of 250 votes in the House of Commons.
